The hotel is conveniently located along Douglas promenade, making it perfect for exploring the island. The rooms are spacious and comfortably equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, although there was a small issue with the refit that required a room change. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with them going above and beyond to assist. The hotel's location is excellent, close to various amenities and only a short distance from the beach and the heart of Douglas. The dining experience had some drawbacks due to noise and limited Wi-Fi availability. Overall, the Glen Mona offers a pleasant stay with great potential for an even better experience in the future.

I found the hotel to be in a prime location, just a short walk from the seafront and with easy access to public transportation. The rooms, although small, were modern, clean, and well-equipped with daily restocked amenities. However, the separate building accommodation may not be suitable for longer stays. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable.
